Device and client information: IP address, MAC address or [the device identifier actually used], device model, operating system, system language, client version, screen resolution, network operator, and network type.b. Acceleration service information: The game or platform that you select, server or region, acceleration node, acceleration start and end times, acceleration duration, latency, packet loss rate, routing and node-switching records, traffic volume, and [whether the target server’s IP address, domain name, protocol, port, and DNS information are recorded].c. Log and diagnostic information: Time of feature operations, error logs, crash logs, performance data, and network diagnostic results. Crash dumps may contain runtime data. We will take measures to limit the collection of unnecessary personal information contained in such data.d. Approximate location information: We may determine your country, region, or city based on your IP address for the purposes of selecting acceleration nodes, determining available Services, and preventing abnormal activities. We do not collect precise GPS location information through the Services unless otherwise stated and the necessary authorization has been obtained.e. Screenshot translation information: We process screenshots selected by you, text contained in those screenshots, the source language, and the target language only when you actively use the screenshot translation function.Screenshots will be [processed locally / transmitted to our servers and third-party OCR and translation service providers] and will be [deleted immediately after processing / retained for X hours or X days].Screenshots will not be used for advertising or model training unless we separately obtain your explicit consent.f. We generally do not require you to provide government-issued identity documents, precise location information, complete payment credentials, health information, biometric information, or other special categories of personal information.Customer support attachments or screenshot translation images that you submit may incidentally contain such information. Please avoid uploading sensitive content that is unrelated to your use of the relevant function.Where processing such information is genuinely necessary, we will limit the scope of processing, adopt additional protective measures, and obtain your explicit consent where required by applicable law.2.
